ADULT ITEMS POLICY

PatriotBuySell (PBS) is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive marketplace for all users. While certain adult-oriented products may be permitted, they must comply with PBS policies, applicable laws, and community standards.

All adult-item listings are subject to review. PBS may evaluate the listing title, description, images, category placement, and overall content to determine whether an item is permitted on the platform.

Listings that violate this policy may be removed, and repeated or serious violations may result in account restrictions or suspension. 

Definition of Nudity

For the purposes of this policy, nudity includes the visible display of: 

• Male or female genitalia

• The anus

• Female breasts where the nipple or areola is visible

The following are also considered nudity:

• See-through or extremely tight clothing that clearly reveals genitalia, the anus, or female nipples/areolas 

• Visible male erections, whether clothed or unclothed 

• Images depicting sexual contact or sexual activity 

Prohibited Content

The following items and content are not permitted on PBS:

Illegal or Harmful Adult Content

• Any content that violates applicable laws or regulations 

• Content  involving exploitation, abuse, or the sexualization of minors 

• Any material prohibited under PBS policies

AI-Generated or Manipulated Explicit Images

• AI-generated, edited, or digitally altered nude or sexually suggestive images of public figures 

• Manipulated images intended to depict real individuals in explicit situations 

Sexually Explicit Materials

• Adult films, videos, or media primarily depicting sexual activity 

• Magazines, books, comics, or publications that display explicit sexual acts 

• Video games or digital content intended primarily for adult sexual content 

Restricted Image Locations

 Nudity is not permitted in: 

• PBS-hosted video content 

• Feedback, review, or comment images 

• Promotional banners, profile images, or advertisements 

Permitted Adult-Related Items

The following items may be listed only when all requirements are met. 

Adult Books, Magazines, and Comics

Adult publications containing nudity may be listed provided that: 

• They do not contain explicit sexual activity 

• Listing images do not display nudity 

• All individuals depicted were at least 18 years of age at the time the content was produced 

Nude Artwork

Nude artwork may be listed if: 

• The artwork does not depict sexual acts

• The poses are not sexually suggestive

• The listing is categorized appropriately

Sexual Wellness Products

Sexual wellness products may be listed only when: 

• The seller has been approved by PBS to sell in the applicable category

• Products are brand new and in their original packaging 

• Listing images do not contain nudity or sexual content 

• The products comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Educational Materials

Books, guides, and educational resources related to sexual health or wellness may be listed provided they do not contain sexually explicit content and listing images do not display nudity.

PBS reserves the right to take action when a listing, image, or account violates this policy. Actions may include:

• Removal of listings or content 

• Seller warnings 

• Temporary selling restrictions 

• Permanent account suspension 

• Other actions required by law or the PBS User Agreement

The safety of our community is a top priority. These requirements help ensure that restricted items are sold responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws while reducing potential risks to buyers, sellers, and the public.
