Buy History
Buy History, also referred to as Order History or Purchase History, is the section where you can view and manage your orders.
More specifically, you are able to:
- View purchased items, including all details pertaining to the order
- Track your shipments
- Return items
- Leave reviews
- Buy again
- Contact the seller
We never delete your orders, so you will still be able to access orders from many years ago. However, orders older than 3 years will no longer contain images. Users are not permitted to delete orders.
To Access Your Buy History:
- Make sure you are logged in
- Hover over My PBS
- Click on Buyer’s Camp
- Locate the Order Management section
- Click on Buy History
