Buy History

Buy History, also referred to as Order History or Purchase History, is the section where you can view and manage your orders.

More specifically, you are able to:

View purchased items, including all details pertaining to the order
Track your shipments
Return items
Leave reviews
Buy again
Contact the seller

We never delete your orders, so you will still be able to access orders from many years ago. However, orders older than 3 years will no longer contain images. Users are not permitted to delete orders.

To Access Your Buy History:

Make sure you are logged in
Hover over My PBS
Click on Buyer’s Camp
Locate the Order Management section
Click on Buy History
